- User accounts are created and managed by the organization administrator.

Patient Visit Information
- Patient name

- Visit history and approved/recorded hours
Verification Information
- Digital signatures of caregivers and patients collected for visit confirmation
Device and Usage Information
- Device type and operating system
- Application usage logs
- Crash reports and diagnostic data
Location Information (If Enabled)
- Precise location data may be collected to support visit check-in, attendance verification, or operational tracking features.
Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint)
The application may allow users to enable biometric authentication features such as Face ID or fingerprint authentication for faster and secure login.
Biometric data is processed and securely stored by the device operating system (such as iOS or Android). Roblar Innovation, LLC does not collect, store, or transmit biometric data.
3. How We Use Information
- Manage and display assigned patient visits
- Record visit completion and operational service details
- Verify visits using caregiver and patient signatures
- Maintain visit history and work hour tracking
- Enable secure authentication including PIN and biometric login
- Improve application performance, reliability, and security
4. Signature Data Usage
Digital signatures are used solely to confirm caregiver visit completion and service verification. They are not used for medical diagnosis, prescription authorization, or treatment decisions.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- Information may be shared with authorized healthcare organizations administering caregiver services.
- Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or governmental request.

- Secure data transmission using HTTPS encryption

7. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary to:
- Provide healthcare services
- Maintain visit records and operational history

Due to the nature of healthcare services, certain data such as patient visit records, care documentation, and service history may be retained for a legally required period and may not be immediately deleted upon request.

- All requests are verified before processing

Automatic Data Deletion
Data may be deleted when:
- It is no longer required for operational purposes
- The user is no longer associated with the organization
- Applicable retention periods expire
Requests are typically processed within 7–30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
